★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy tranquilo el fraccionamiento el grandísimo problema son las casetas pero teniendo el programa vecinos no pagas o ejercer tu derecho y no pagar casetas lo mejor que estás a 15 min del centro de Tonalá o a 15 min de Zapotlanejo a 5 min del periférico hay vías muy rápidas para salir y entrar rápido ala ciudad

El problema es que se tiene que pagar 2 cacetas de cobro para salir de tu propia casa no hay otra vía.
