★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi bebé es cliente del lugar y normalmente es un trato y servicio impecable. Pero el lunes lleve a mi hijo un poco tarde con la esperanza de encontrar abierto. Llegué y estaba abierto pregunté si aún podían darme el servicio (soy conciente que llegue 20 minutos antes del cierre) le dicen que si a mi mamá y el trato de la chica que atendió a mi hijo súper feo. Mi mamá hizo un par de comentarios respecto las especificaciones del corte y la chica solo la ignoro, hizo lo que quiso (no quedo mal, pero tampoco como queríamos). La recepcionista súper cortante y poco atenta. Por favor si ya no pueden o quieren dar un servicio solo diganlo, están en su derecho de respetar sus horarios
My baby is a customer of the place and usually it is impeccable treatment and service. But on Monday I took my son a little late hoping to find it open. I arrived and it was open I asked if they could still give me the service (I am aware that I arrive 20 minutes before closing) they say yes to my mother and the treatment of the girl who treated my son who was super ugly. My mom made a couple of comments about the specifications of the cut and the girl just ignored her, she did what she wanted (not bad, but not how we wanted). The receptionist is super curt and inattentive. Please, if you can no longer or want to provide a service, just say so, you have the right to respect your schedules
