HORRIBLE, seriously it's a lousy place, lousy service, lousy everything... even the valet parking hit a van belonging to one of the guests... HORRIBLE!!!! Be very careful with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó desde su fachada descuidada y ya estando adentro no cambia mucho. En general le falta mucho de todo, me quedé con una sensación entre encerrado y gris del lugar. Definitivamente hay mejores lugares pagando un poco más.
I did not like it from its neglected facade and once inside it does not change much. In general, it lacks a lot of everything, I was left with a feeling between closed and gray of the place. There are definitely better places paying a little more.

*No pedir propinas a los invitados (no hay meseros por lo tanto no aplica ) además que el anfitrión ni se entera que andan pidiendo.
*Cobrar por poder usar un juego ?
No se supone que por eso pagamos el uso del salón?
*Se encierra demasiado el Calor , podrían poner más ventiladores ?
3 points where they could improve:
*Do not ask guests for tips (there are no waiters, therefore it does not apply) and the host does not even know what they are asking for.
* Charge for being able to use a game?
Isn't that why we pay for the use of the lounge?
*The Heat is enclosed too much, could you put more fans?
