Estoy teniendo problema con mi vendedora Mireya Soto, la cual tengo que estar cada mes presionando para que haga mis facturas(las facturas no las hace si no la estoy presionando, y si no la presiono, no las hace y cuando brinca a otro mes me sale que ya no se pueden hacer por que no se hicieron en el mes de la compra), cuando varias vendedoras me han hecho las facturas en el momento, Mireya insiste que ella no hace las facturas, que ella las tiene que solicitar al contador y si estas no se hacen a tiempo es por culpa del contador.... Necesito cambio de vendedor, por que fuera de Mireya, mi experiencia con Pelucheria es buena, pero por alguna extraña razón he tratado de comunicarme con el jefe de Mireya sin éxito............. Las malas calificaciones que dan los clientes no son lo que dañan la marca ni a los que trabajan en ella... es MIREYA SOTO, no el cliente... el mal review es solo consecuencia del mal servicio que he recibido Mireya.
