Peluquería Don Armando - 82000 Mazatlán

A great barbershop. I've been here twice. A friend, a Canadian, and I saw this shop had a special of 2x70. What would we do if it were 5x70? my friend asked after we decided the deal was too good to pass. We went for the nearly free cuts on a Monday. The street the shop is on in El Centro isn't far from the famous Mercado in Mazatlán. The sidewalk in front of the shop slopes upward, as I recall, but still doesn't reach the shop, so to get in, you have a step provided and a bar to grab onto. We successfully boarded the crowded barbershop and sat down. I noticed the special was explained on something I remember as a blackboard. It said the 2x70 special was only good on Wednesdays. Thus it was that two days later we reboarded the barbershop for our haircuts. The experience was well worth the effort. Don Armando is very skillful.
