★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un servicio aceptable, el único inconveniente es que si pides una factura no te la entregan en ese momento. El Despachador lo que hace es darte una nota con el consumo para facturar en horarios de oficina, el problema es que si eres foráneo, tienes que hablar por teléfono, pasar tus datos generales y esperar que te envíen tu factura lo más pronto posible. Pero si es día último de mes?... y es día no hábil? Yo espero pronto tengan un sistema actualizado para otorgar un mejor servicio y ganarse al menos de mi parte su 5ª estrella.
They have an acceptable service, the only drawback is that if you ask for an invoice they don't give it to you at that moment. What the Dispatcher does is give you a note with the consumption to bill during office hours, the problem is that if you are a foreigner, you have to talk on the phone, pass your general data and wait for your bill to be sent as soon as possible. But if it's the last day of the month?... and it's not a business day? I hope they will soon have an updated system to provide a better service and earn at least their 5th star from me.
