Good service - no scams. They washed our windows nicely. Advice to protect yourself at ALL Tulum gas stations: 1.) They aren't going to take your credit card, give up that plan - this is a cash economy. 2.) Watch every second of the screen on the gas pump - from zero to when they are done. Take a photo if you want or video the whole thing. 3.) Show the bills - confirm the bills when the attendant takes them - hand them separately. Example: "Here are 2x 500 peso notes, here is one, here is two." Leave nothing to chance.

Be careful if you're an American going to this gas station I watch them pump a little under 600 pesos in the tank for fuel and they charge me over 950 to have a lover switch I watched them do it but can't argue so just be careful

TOURISTS AVOID. I was conned by the attendant. They say they don't accept card and then switch a $500 note for $50, demanding more money. I reluctantly paid as I was afraid for my safety. After reading reviews afterwards it seems like this is common for tourists.

Attention Scam! Be scaptical regarding the final price, right after fill up our car, the price numps from 580 to 880 in our case. They have a button or something like that. The display hidden the litters. He told us same price, 880. After we complained him that the price was 580, he changed the price back! Last Pump! Before scam we gave him a tip, it doesnt matter :).

AVOID! The guy was making small talk with us and tried to scam us changing a 500$ bill for a 50$! Then I decided to come back and confront the guy… he immediatly gave me 500$ back as he got nervous. So indeed it was a scam!

They pretend they do not accept credit cards even though I clearly saw locals paying by card. I was aware of the bill swap scam so I handed one bill after another telling him what amount he just received. We wanted to spare our cash so very unfortunate they refused to service us with credit card.I am sure they tried to scam us.

Pemex seems to have changed the scams that were frequent for tourists where they didn't reset the pump or told you you gave them a 50peso note instead of the 500peso note. Be that as it may, never trust the staff. Always check the pump is at zero even if you have to get out and make a point that you are watching. If paying by cash, get them to confirm what you are giving them, even if it feels uncomfortable. They clean your windows for free , which is something.
