★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las primeras 2 llamadas no me atendieron las otras 2 me colgaron y hasta la 5.ª me hicieron el "favor" (y a duras penas) de responderme, necesitaba apoyo para facturar en línea ya que la página no tomaba los datos y me dijeron que tenía que ir otra vez o a la del 8 pero que ya no se podía facturar ya que debe ser el día de la compra (fue en sábado, es lunes!!)... aparte el ticket dice "solo puede facturarse antes del día último del mes en curso"
The first 2 calls did not answer me, the other 2 hung up on me and until the 5th they did me the "favor" (and hardly any) of answering me, I needed support to bill online since the page did not take the data and they told me that I had to go again or to the 8 but it could no longer be invoiced since it must be the day of purchase (it was on Saturday, it is Monday !!) ... apart from the ticket says "it can only be invoiced before the last day of the current month "
