Brinda dos turnos de atención: el matutino a partir de las 8 am y el vespertino a partir de las 2 pm. Para recibir atención es necesario agendar una cita personalmente, y se recomienda llegar muy temprano, pues las filas comienzan incluso 2 horas antes de la entrega de fichas. Algunas veces también pueden agendarse citas por vía telefónica.
It is a first-level clinic (general medicine, outpatient consultation), only for Petroleos Mexicanos beneficiaries. It provides two shifts of attention: the morning from 8 am and the afternoon from 2 pm. In order to receive attention, it is necessary to schedule an appointment in person, and it is recommended to arrive very early, since the lines start even 2 hours before the delivery of tokens. Sometimes appointments can also be scheduled over the phone.
