LIKE ALL ITS FACILITIES... AT A SIMPLE VIEW THE LACK OF MAINTENANCE AND WEED GROWING EVERYWHERE.
BUT THE WORST THING... THEIR PIPES CONTINUE TO BE LOOTED WITHOUT THE AUTHORITIES STOPPING THE DISORDER AND ROBBERY FROM THE NATION.
