★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you travel by car in Mexico. You have to be aware of the people in the gas stations. I have found that when you pay cash the pretend to gave them a smaller bill and you end up paying double. Or it has happened when you pay with CC they say it did not go through and then you pay cash and end up paying double finding out that it did go through. So be very attentive and cautious. I hate to say it but that's the way it is.
