Good afternoon, more than an opinion of a lousy service, it is a complaint since since the month of December the credit 007437479852432102 was liquidated in its entirety and it is the date that they do not withdraw, we are already going for 5 months and we continue counting. I have been in communication with Ignacio Garcia (pendulum collection supervisor) and he tells me that he does not have a date to know when they will withdraw, that he does not see that. I spoke with the external lawyer of Péndulum (Emilio Peredo) and he presented the withdrawal online a month ago, but when he had to go to ratify it (on the second day that he presented it online) he said that he did not have time to go... It makes me illogical that someone who works for you doesn't have time to go and do their job on a ratification (a process that doesn't take more than 1 hour). I spoke to customer service and the executive Dominic attended me on April 5, she said that the complaint was going to be passed on to the supervisor Elizabeth Aguilar, call today (6 days later) to find out how my complaint is going and they say that Elizabeth is on vacation, she couldn't see it, but she should call next week so she can start checking it out.
