★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yo lo pensaba antes de comprar yo tengo 3 años sin poder escriturar y no he recibido el departamento por lo mismo, este ya esta muy deteriorado, sobre todo en los herrajes de los baños, todos descuadrados y de mala calidad y eso que no se ha usado.
I thought before buying I am 3 years old without being able to write and I have not received the apartment for the same, this is already very deteriorated, especially in the fittings of the bathrooms, all sloppy and of poor quality and that has not been used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente ubicación, la alberca es gigante y muy cómoda, hay poca gente por lo que se puede estar muy tranquilo. Hay sala de cine, gimnasio muy bien equipado, sala de juegos y opciones para comer, aunque en este aspecto el desayuno es pésimo, no lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mala experiencia, venimos como invitados de uno de los propietarios, y en cuanto él se fue nos dejaron sin gas, y nunca nos resolvieron nada, súper prepotentes con nosotros como invitados.. no vuelvo la verdad.. muy bonitas instalaciones pero personal prepotente y reglas ilógicas
Super bad experience, we come as guests of one of the owners, and as soon as he left they left us without gas, and they never solved anything for us, super pushy with us as guests .. I am not going back the truth .. very nice facilities but overbearing staff and illogical rules

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de los mejore condominios en la zona de diamante. En verdad me sorprendió las instalaciones y el servicio. Comimos cocos y jugamos padel hasta morir. Los departamentos tienen vistas espectaculares que te dejaran con ganas de tirarlo todo e irte a vivir aquí. Tienen zonas para niños, y adultos que te dejaran ocupado todo el día, el spa y el gimnasio también son de muy buena calidad. El cuarto de entretenimiento tiene proyector, videojuegos, pin pon, y mucho más para toda la familia. Sin lugar a dudas, fue elaborado todo con el propósito de satisfacer a todo tipo de personas. Muy recomendable!
One of the best condos in the diamond zone. I was really surprised by the facilities and the service. We ate coconuts and played paddle to death. The apartments have spectacular views that will leave you wanting to throw everything away and move here. They have areas for children, and adults that will leave you busy all day, the spa and gym are also of very good quality. The entertainment room has a projector, video games, pin pon, and much more for the whole family. Without a doubt, everything was prepared with the purpose of satisfying all kinds of people. Highly recommended!

Albercas gigantescas, servicio de gimnasio, pool bar, salón de juegos, salón de juegos infantiles, muchas áreas verdes grandes; no hay estacionamiento para visitas, pero en la parte externa sí lo hay, lugar muy seguro, muy vigilado.
Las compras en el bar o en el restaurante son con tarjeta de usuario o condómino.
Un lugar impecable, limpio y moderno.

Solo tiene sentido adquirir un departamento, si se usará con cierta regularidad. El mantenimiento es elevado, debido en parte a qué las amenidades son muy variadas, y a la seguridad de la zona.
Cómo visitante:
Ya no existe la posibilidad de alquilar algún departamento, y si se hace, se corre el riesgo de que se les nieguen las amenidades.
Cómo usuario:
Las instalaciones están bien equipadas y limpias. Los precios del bar y el restaurante son accesibles y los productos justos. La alberca está hermosa.
A veces los procesos administrativos son muuuuy engorrosos. Desde el registro de una visita, hasta temas como el gas y la luz pueden hacerse complicados.
Para los perros:
Al parecer no hay límite de mascotas que puedan estar en el departamento (yo tengo 3 perros), pero están prohibidos en las áreas comunes. Pueden acceder a la playa, pero deben ser llevados a realizar sus necesidades fuera del complejo.
As owner:

For the dogs:
Apparently there is no limit of pets that can be in the apartment (I have 3 dogs), but they are prohibited in the common areas. They can access the beach, but must be taken to relieve themselves outside the complex.
