Uno de los lugares a visitar si vas a estar varios días y no solo buscas playa todo el tiempo. One of the best places in Can Cun in the hotel zone. Eager variety of shops, restaurant and aquarium. One of the places to visit if you are going to be several days and not only looking for a beach all the time.

A quienes están hospedados en el hotel los tratan bien pero si vienes a una convención aquí sin hospedarte te tratan como un criminal. Se aseguran de informarte que no eres bien recibido aun si estas dispuesto a pagar por la entrada o por tu comida de forma muy grosera y sin presentarte mayor opción. Por esta razón muchos congresistas decidieron ir a comer a otros lados y simplemente no regresaron a la última parte del día de congreso. Para los que estamos hospedados aquí, esperábamos que all-inclusive incluyera alcohol de mejor calidad, solo tienen cerveza XX Lager y licor super limitado en opciones y ninguna buena. No tengo mucho interés en volver a atender a un congreso organizado en un Iberostar. Terrible as a convention center. Those who are staying at the hotel are treated well but if you come to a convention here without staying they treat you like a criminal. They make sure to inform you that you are not well received even if you are willing to pay for the entrance or for your food in a very rude way and without presenting yourself with a greater option. For this reason many congressmen decided to eat elsewhere and simply did not return to the last part of the congress day. For those of us who are staying here, we expected all-inclusive to include better quality alcohol, they only have XX Lager beer and super limited liquor in options and no good. I don't have much interest in attending a congress organized in an Iberostar again.

R	Robert Cox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was in 2016 and our second visit to Mexico. We were late showing up to the resort due to a snowstorm in Halifax, NS. Our vacation company was WestJet and they more than stepped up by upgrading us for free to a Garden Villa suite. Things got better with three days left when the resort called us and offered another free upgrade to an Ocean Suite where by we personal pool access right off our room. Overall the experience was great, the food was great, and the drinks were great. A note about this particular resort and maybe others as well. When you order drinks at any of the bars, ask for the brand name of alcohol you want and not the type. For example, if you want a gin and tonic, ask for a Beefeater/Bombay et al. and tonic. That way you won't get the generic stuff they call gin or rum or whisky.
