If you want to rent here and find an agent named Petty Curiel - don’t ever never rent with her. She will rip you off as she did with us. We had to pay double price in order to get in the apartment for which we signed the contract almost a year before. Petty had a partner named Marcia to whom we transferred the money as she mentioned her account in the contract, so somehow Marcia “lost” the deposit we transferred her and Petty told us that she didn’t want to hear anything, acted like she didn’t know any Marcia and made us pay her twice. Since we came with a baby we didn’t have any options except for do that, cause we didn’t have any other place to stay. Besides, first night we had to spend at the hotel and no one refunded the money to us of course. So if you want to rent there and hear the name of an agent Petty Curiel be aware that she’s a crook, fraud and a very mean and sleazy person. Besides, you’ll never see any security deposit back, she’ll invent something that she had to paint the walls or wash the linens. Very disgusting women both Petty Curiel and Marcia Betancourt, be aware. Better find another agents and don’t deal with these two impostors!

Lovely property and huge pool. Security is too strict and rules (can't use games room) are annoying for short term guests.

Great views. Amazing pool with huge shaded area's, canteen, shallow beach with waves perfect for playing in, and kiting boarding in spring/summer!

Great condo resort, possibly the nicest in Nuevo Vallarta, that has many vacation rentals available for short-term. This is mostly owner based conplex. There is a bar and restaurant on site by the pool that is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. which has a variety of pub food at reasonable prices for a resort. There are lots of staff serving so service is good. The very long swimming pool is wonderful with lots of beach chairs and palapas right on the edge of a very lovely long Beach. Excellent overall scene but relaxed and not a party spot. More a chill family scene.

Very nice condo complex with many on site amenities. Condos are clustered around banks of elevators such that two elevators serve every 3 columns of condos so you never wait long for an elevator and both elevators are unlikely to be out at the same time. High end fit and finishes with large balconies.

Details and relaxing environment. Awesome location and beach. Same materials and same construction fails from every Felipe Tome’s developments. What’s wrong with his arquitects!(Peninsula Pto Vallarta, Peninsula Guadalajara, Central Park, etc)

Nice condominium complex even though there was building wide power outage that lasted nearly 4 hours. Staff at the reception areas were friendly and helpful.

This place is amazing. Ocean front view, air conditioning (although with the ocean breeze AC is superfluous), every room has a balcony, free internet, pool room, fulling equipped gym, TV, full kitchen, pool, poolside drinks/food service, and taxi services available at the front desk. #Penísula #Nuevo #Vallarta #Mexico #Condominium #Beautiful
