La Alcaldía junto con la secretaria de cultura deberían ya intervenir para su rescate.
Quien sea el dueño del predio, debe de entender que está clase de arquitectura tiene un gran valor. Se vendió gran parte del terreno original para las fábricas aledañas, una pena lamentable la verdad.
 A place with too much history, which without a doubt would be a shame to lose.
The Mayor's Office together with the Secretary of Culture should already intervene to rescue him.
Whoever owns the property must understand that this kind of architecture has great value. Much of the original land was sold to the surrounding factories, a sad shame indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es privado y el dueño le da mantenimiento sólo a las áreas verdes y no a las construcciones. Ojala se le dé mantenimiento para conservarlo lo más posible y si algún día lo abren espero que no permitan que las personas ni las empresas lo dañen para su propio beneficio.
Antes era mucho más grande pero lo derrumbaron para construir un condominio y las fabricas del dueño.
It is private and the owner maintains only the green areas and not the buildings. Hopefully it will be maintained to preserve it as much as possible and if one day they open it I hope they will not allow people or companies to damage it for their own benefit.
