★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora tiene un muy mal carácter, la mayoría de los estudiantes no duran mucho en la pensión por lo mismo. Agua caliente casi nunca hay y el internet falla muchísimo
The lady has a very bad character, most of the students do not last long in the pension for the same reason. Hot water is almost never available and the internet fails a lot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La dueña del lugar es difícil de tratar, es grosera con la mayoría de las personas hasta con su propia familia. Estuve ahí por varios meses y nos dejaban sin agua caliente y sin internet aún sabiendo que era necesario por ser estudiantes. Nada recomendable.
The owner of the place is difficult to deal with, she is rude to most people even her own family. I was there for several months and they left us without hot water and without internet even knowing that it was necessary because we are students. Nothing recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato es malo, las habitaciones regulares, el internet y la cocina pueden mejorar. Mi televisión casi nunca funcionaba. Nunca me devolvieron mi depósito pese a regresar la habitación impecable.
Aún sigo esperando al menos una disculpa por no devolver mi depósito. Nada recomendable.
The treatment is bad, the regular rooms, the internet and the kitchen can improve. My television hardly ever worked. They never returned my deposit despite returning the room spotless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo estuve rentando por al rededor de un año y nunca tuve problemas con la dueña, siempre tuve una buena atención. Yo creo que si respetamos las reglas del lugar, no tendríamos por qué tener algún problema. La pensión está en una buena ubicación, a unos cuantos minutos está Plaza Museo, La Normal Veracruzana, Soriana y muchos servicios a la mano. El cuarto contaba con lo necesario y todo muy limpio.
I was renting for about a year and I never had problems with the owner, I always had good care. I believe that if we respect the rules of the place, we should not have a problem. The pension is in a good location, a few minutes away is Plaza Museo, La Normal Veracruzana, Soriana and many services close at hand. The room had what was necessary and everything was very clean.
