Giving an opinion here is complex since in the building there are several services and each of the departments is managed in a different way, Pensión ISSSTE as such does not exist, it would be rather Pensionissste and it would only be door 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Hice la cita por teléfono en pensionissste, y al presentarme una persona respondió que “hoy no trabajamos” “esas citas se hacen en un call Center en la Ciudad de México, pero aquí no sirven”, “venga mañana”. No se puede esperar más de este servicio.
Appalling. I made the appointment by phone at pensionissste, and when a person introduced me, he replied that "today we do not work" "those appointments are made in a call center in Mexico City, but here they do not work", "come tomorrow". You cannot expect more from this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se llena mucho, tienes que llegar temprano para sacar ficha. También luego te andan mandando de puerta tras puerta (son varias entradas y cada una atiende algo).
It gets very crowded, you have to get there early to get a token. Also then they are sending you from door to door (there are several entrances and each one attends something).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo Servicio, me toco pasar a la puerta 1 para hacer un tramite verdaderamente sencillo del cual me hicieron dar vueltas y vueltas porque segun mis documentos estaban mal, y como no me daban una solucion decidi acudir a las oficinas de otro estado y en la primera pasaron mis documentos y nunca señararon ningun Error realmente si las personas tuvieran la atención necesaria, el servicio y amor por su trabajo te atenderian de una mejor manera y no abría necesidad de estar llendo a molestar a cada rato.
