★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sitio para bajar el estado de cuenta es pésimo, siempre marca error. También en la app de Afore Móvil, siempre hay un "pero". La cuenta es de mi papá y es un problema consultar su saldo.

Te atiende una persona quien te canalizará a un mostrador y verificarán el trámite que deseas realizar para posteriormente mandarte a otro mostrador en dónde te asignarán turno con un asesor.
El asesor se limita a realizar el trámite solicitado sin proporcionar mayor información u opciones. Por lo menos en esta parte son rápidos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en el portal no se pueden bajar estados de cuenta tiene que ser forzosamente en una aplicación del celular y no cuento con ello. Hablas con un asesor y no saben darte la información adecuada para los trámites, tienen notablemente una falta de capacidad de resolución y conocimientos.
Terrible service, in the portal you cannot download account statements, it has to be in a cell phone application and I do not count on it.
