No me dejó preguntar y me dijo que tampoco me podía dar información, que ése no es su trabajo. A pesar de eso, cuando por fin llegó mi hora y pude pasar, el personal fue muy amable. The guard at the entrance, an old man, is arrogant, I arrived three hours before my Appointment to verify that my documentation was in order and so in case something was missing, to go look for it. He didn't let me ask and told me that he couldn't give me information either, that that's not his job. Despite that, when my time finally came and I was able to pass, the staff was very friendly.
