★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora que atiende los préstamos es grosera y mal educada. Además te piden documentos que no están en el correo de confirmación y eso te obliga a ir dos o 3 veces. Eso sin hablar se las enormes filas para conseguir una ficha.
 The lady who takes care of the loans is rude and ill-mannered. They also ask for documents that are not in the confirmation email and that forces you to go two or 3 times. Not to mention the huge lines to get a token.

The procedure I did was quick and the attention was friendly, the only thing that they give information over the phone and at the window differs a bit from what they report over the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se deberían tener mejor organización letreros nadie encuentra donde formarse para su trámite ,se forman mal y claro se molestan..las autoridades quizá desconoszcan esto deberían estar al pendiente sobre todo que llegan adultos mayores enfermos o por la edad en silla de ruedas..y debían tener una atención si no se puede en otro lugar mejor pues una fila para ellos y su espera sea menor y digna
Signs should be better organized, no one can find where to train for their procedure, they are poorly trained and of course they get upset ... the authorities may not be aware of this, they should be aware especially that sick older adults arrive or due to age in a wheelchair ... and They should have an attention if it is not possible in another better place because a line for them and their wait is less and dignified

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filas, atención casi suplicando te atiendan, algunos funcionarios muy amables y atentos, pero te demoran los trámites por meses y te dicen ya te van a depositar y nada. Te dicen no vengan, llame por teléfono y por gusto no responden o sino la maquina esa dice no esta disponible. De verdad es un lío lo de la pensión el pago de marcha y que te den un documento con un sello. Y todo es culpa del covid
Rows, attention almost begging you to be attended, some very friendly and attentive officials, but they delay the procedures for months and they tell you they are going to deposit you and nothing. They tell you not to come, call by phone and for pleasure they do not answer or else the machine that says is not available. It really is a mess about the pension, the march payment and that they give you a document with a stamp. And everything is the fault of the covid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera es corto, pero es difícil encontrar estacionamiento; los vigilantes de la entrada no te atienden si no tocas la puerta, la oficina está bastante antigua, y la asesora de la tarde, no tiene un conocimiento adecuado para realizar los trámites, por lo cual no pude llevar a cabo un traspaso. He realizado mi cambio a Sura, y estoy muy conforme.
