Ya que con anticipación se les visitó para actualizar un expediente, como requisito para que un trabajador realizara ahorro voluntario. Se les indicó cual era la necesidad y se les pidió orientación para hacerlo a tiempo y sin problemas. Desafortunadamente, su incapacidad y falta de conocimientos sobre su trabajo, perjudicaron económicamente al beneficiario. Para resolver parcialmente la problemática, el trabajador tuvo que hacer tramites vía telefónica con Pensionissste y Consar, quienes finalmente le otorgaron el servicio de manera parcial, ya que por las fechas fue imposible hacerlo todo.

They were told what the need was and they were asked for guidance to do it on time and without problems. Unfortunately, his disability and lack of knowledge about his work, financially harmed the beneficiary. To partially solve the problem, the worker had to do paperwork by phone with Pensionissste and Consar, who finally granted him the service partially, since it was impossible to do everything at the time.
