★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bike here at the store. First, after paying for the bike and agreeing to pick it up in the evening, they call after hours to inform me that the bike I paid was already sold. Only after insisting that I paid and therefore I have the contractual right for the bike, they gave in and I was able to pick up the bike some hours later.
Then, Specialized offered free lights and a helmet for the purchase - People for Bike did not have that in stock so we agreed to pick it up one week later. Picking up the lights a week later, I receive a yellow helmet - the sales person lies saying that they informed me that the black color was sold out. Lying to a customer that just bought a bike? Really, one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a shop. If I could choose, I would cancel the purchase
Choose any other bike store in Mexico but don't go to People for Bikes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bike shop but parts were very expensive. The service was disorganised. We arranged to get some work done on the bike, but when we went back the following day to drop it in none of the staff knew anything about it. We had to wait for the mechanic to get back to the shop after a meal break to complete the work.
