★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to have your bike serviced. Great attention from folks there, all of them cyclists in CDMX. Great bicycles Brompton and Specialized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I went to the Polanco store to purchase the S-Works Tarmac SL-6. I was told they had one in stock in the color and size I wanted at another location. I was told I had to pay the bike in full and they would have it ready in 2-3 days. 3 days later I received a call from the store saying the bike I wanted was defective but they had the same bike in a different size (56). I indicated that I needed a 54 and that was what I had paid for. He said he would call me back. When he called back he said he had a 54 in a different color. Again, I told him that was not what I ordered. I told him I wanted a refund and he asked that I give him a few days in order to find the bike I wanted. I really wanted the bike so I did not insist on a refund at that point. I never heard back from him and called the store numerous times and no one could give me a straight answer. One week later, I went to the store and inquired about my refund or if the bike arrived. I was told it arrived that day and would be ready for pick up the following day. I was told they would call me when it was ready. When I inquired about the refund, I was told I could not get a refund, only store credit. The following day I called the store and was kept on hold for over 5 minutes. When I called again, they said I had to go to the store because their system was down. I never received a call from the store telling me the bike was ready for pickup. Thank goodness I paid with my American Express. I filed a dispute with AMEX and my money was returned. They have not only lost a customer, but I will never refer anyone to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An great upmarket bike shop and bike repairer. Located in the centre of Polanco. We had two bikes set up and adjusted. The job was very good and the bikes ride great. They have a good range of accessories. Our bikes cost $400mx each and we bought a pair of high quality cycling gloves for just over $1000mx. It is pricey for Mexico but the quality service and products make it fantastic value
