★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy amplio con tres niveles con función distinta cada uno, pesas, funcional y cardio.
El equipo está como nuevo y siempre se están actualizando, el lugar cuenta con servicio de regaderas, cafetería, asesor en nutrición y estacionamiento (aunque es pequeño) bien ubicado, junto a una plaza comercial en la cual puedes estacionar tu auto mientras entrenas.
Tiene coach para los diferentes horarios.
Antes tenía un terapeuta de masaje y acupuntor (HinoHari) pero ya no trabajan ahí; ellos estaban en el nivel más alto del lugar en una cabina muy amplia que tenía una sala de estar muy cómoda. El precio está de acuerdo al lugar ( para la zona es un poco alto)
Recomendable.
Lo único que encuentro negativo es que se enfocan mucho en los conocidos, amigos y las chavas lindas....
The place is very spacious with three levels with different functions each, weights, functional and cardio.
The equipment is like new and they are always being updated, the place has a shower service, cafeteria, nutrition advisor and parking (although it is small) well located, next to a commercial plaza where you can park your car while you train.
It has a coach for the different schedules.
Before I had a massage therapist and acupuncturist (HinoHari) but they no longer work there; they were on the highest level of the place in a very spacious cabin that had a very comfortable sitting area. The price is according to the place (for the area it is a bit high)
Recommendable.
The only thing I find negative is that they focus a lot on acquaintances, friends and cute girls ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen entrenadores de piso para resolver dudas básicas o evitar lesiones por mal uso de aparatos , muchos aparatos no sirven .
Opción regularmente buena si ya sabes entrenar solo , pésimo para ingresar como novato. No vale el costo .
They do not have floor trainers to answer basic questions or avoid injuries due to misuse of devices, many devices are useless.
Regularly good option if you already know how to train alone, lousy to enter as a newbie. It is not worth the cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención no la dan como debe, me dijeron que incluía estacionamiento, pero el costo extra no lo mencionaron. Las instalaciones son buenas, pero no se si los entrenadores tienen costo extra, ya que por lo que uno paga, esta mucho mejor el Smartfit. Lamentablemente ya pague el trimestre.
The attention is not given as it should, they told me that it included parking, but the extra cost was not mentioned. The facilities are good, but I don't know if the trainers have an extra cost, since for what one pays, the Smartfit is much better. Unfortunately I already paid the quarter.
