Pésimo, lleve una consola ps4 para que checaran que jala el disco medio raro, me dijeron que en una semana ya se encontraba listo, fui a la sig semana y me dijeron que aún no lo hacian, que apenas tenían la pieza, marcaba y no contestaban. Me tuve que poner en mi plan y me dijeron que ese mismo día quedaba y a la semana volvió a estar así. Al final ya no reclamé porque lo vendí pero muy mal aparte de que todo está caro.

Coincido con la mayoria, hace tiempo lleve a un xbox 360 para reparacion, me dijeron que estaria en 4 dias, fui por el despues de dos semanas y me dijeron QUE NO LO HABIAN REVISADO AUN,pase a la semana siguiente y me dicen que aun no llega la pieza, y cuando me lo entregaron despues de casi dos meses a la semana volvio a dar el mismo problema, ademas de que la atencion no fue muy buena, servicio caro, estoy de acuerdo que las piezas tardan pero deberian darte el diagnostico ahi mismo para saber cuanto mas o menos vas a pagar porque termine pagando casi la misma cantidad que si hubiese comprado uno nuevo y tambien para que digan que tiempo tarda realmente........no lo recomiendo,servicio caro, impuntual, y como dicen componen a medias una cosa y le descomponen o CAMBIAN piezas buenas por malas ....PESIMO lugar

Ah te comento xq mi calificación amigo. Sábado pasé antes de medio día para que me repararas un control. Me dijiste que pasara a las 4 pm. No pude regresar ese mismo día x lo que fuí el domingo (en tu descripcion dice que trabajas domingos de 11 a 3) y estaba cerrado. Llegué lunes temprano y aun no lo habías revisado. Te tomó 5 minutos revisarlo y darme el diagnóstico. Si cuando te lo llevé lo hubieras revisado y dado el diagnóstico yo podría decidir que hacer o buscar otra opción. Consejos: 1. Sé mas rapido en tus atenciones, si te toma 5 minutos dar algun diagnóstico, hazlo, los clientes te lo van a agradecer. 2. Cambia tu horario pues en tu descripción dice que trabajas domingos y no es así. Saludos.

Dan un mal servicio al componer controles, lleve dos y me los regresaron peor de lo que estaban y aparte de eso se los tuve que devolver y después de 1 semana volvieron con el mismo problema. No los soldan bien y todavía les ponen piezas que según ellos son buenas pero estan muy sencillas.

Pésimo trabajo, dejaron mis dos controles inservibles, a la hora de entregarlos no te los prueban "porque debes llevar una app en tu celular para probarlos tu mismo". Me los llevo y ni siquiera sincronizan con la consola me dice que es el centro de carga,. Cuando lleve los controles su defecto era el movimiento involuntario del joystick derecho en los dos. Te dicen un día de entrega y se retrasan a parte te dejan en visto y te contestan cuando quieren si pides información de tus controles.
Terrible job, they left my two controls unusable, when they are delivered they don't test them "because you must have an app on your cell phone to test them yourself." Durante un mes estuve esperando mi control y al final nada, no dudo que sea bueno pero debería ser más ordenado si dice una semama es una semana punto.
