★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Pepe Pancho for over a week. My room was very clean and comfortable and I was very happy there. There's a big kitchen to cook in if you want, and tables on the outside covered patio, which is very pleasant. And to top it off, Javier and his team are kind and helpful and always available for anything you need. I absolutely recommend Pepe Pancho!

Situation is central, everything is at walking distance.. We highly recommend this place.. Negative: Breakfast could be improve: having more food choices. Our bedroom was unfortunately on the busy street side, a bit noisy..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Pepe Pancho was a wonderful surprise. Located only a few minutes walk from the main square, the staff were absolutely wonderful! The hotel is new and so exceptionally clean and well appointed. By far the best shower we had in 3.5 mths of travel in Mexico and Guatemala. The food in the attached restaurant was also fantastic. We were sick while we were there and staff could not have been more accommodation or more helpful. Highly recommend!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Great location. Clean room. Internet is present but very hard to send any photos or files. To get hot water- need to wait until cold water leaks. The soap dish with liquid soap near the sink was broken and didn’t work properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is nice and clean and the staff always tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The WiFi is really good in the room, usually above 40 Mbps. I needed a good connection for video calls, which worked flawless. The included breakfast is also really tasty and quite varied.

Be aware rooms are like freezers in January, extremely cold, tho.
