The restaurant has great menü offering mexican food prepared delicious. We have eaten omelette for breakfast and tacos de camaron de gobernador. It was excellent!

You are deep in the jungle in touch with the nature, the people, wellness, relaxing mindset. I am traveling a lot, but I never tried anything outstanding & amazing like this. The service & the way you get greeted as if it was your family/friends. You feel home, amazed & in another world. I can only thank you so many times, and I can only recommend EVERYONE to have a stay in this magical jungle place! I Can’t wait to be back ???????? Everything is eco friendly in this hotel & made with love & Bare hands! The architecture is amazing! Big thanks to Sol & Fernando for making our stay so beautiful

Canceled the reservation and agreed a refund but never received it. Not even after dozens of phone calls or emails. I prefer to write positive reviews rather than negative ones. But this experience was downright bad.

We slept like a babies,it’s so relaxing and the cabin was so beautiful and unique designed ,we really like it. Compare to all overpriced placed in Tulum especially zona hoteleria this place was cheap and worth every peso! The staff were extremely nice and friendly and the cook was professional who perfected every dish! 10+ from us!

First of all it's completely ecological hotel. most of the food is grown there, the power is solar, and the water used being recycled! All the details are just in place! from the design, to the natural soaps they provide. The staff was amazing. The chef created special meals just for us, but in general the menu there is changing, and always the customer needs come first. .It's a true jungle! you can hear the birds sing, and see fireflies We chose this hotel to make our wedding there and we feel so blessed being able to that in such an amazing place. The location of the hotel is magical with a lot of cenotes, walking distance out side of it. but also they provide you with bike in cake you want to ride . Make your self a favor and visit Pepem❤️

The location was beautifully set in the jungle, the decor was extremely aesthetically pleasing, and the food was delicious. The owner was personable and kind; he let us tour the fruit trees from which some of the restaurant's food is sourced. Definitely would come back!

So be prepared for little sleep the first night. However the personell is amazing - special thanks go to Martín. He is not only an amazing cook who also prepares stunning food besides the official menu, but who also shared a radio with us to communicate for the first night in case we can’t sleep or are scared. He surely made our stay much more worthwhile. Thanks again!
