Terrible attention from the staff pity why the hamburgers are good

Sublime, is the word that will be used to describe the hamburger you taste. Walking around the area, I was looking for my usual place to eat burgers, but it was closed. This restaurant was not far away and my family and I decided to give it the opportunity and I can say that I do not regret it for a second. The attention of the staff was very good from before entering the restaurant. The cashier very friendly. The menu is good and at very low prices. It was a very pleasant experience and the decoration in the background fascinated me. He attached the photograph. There should be more places like this or that it can be expanded and everything has that decoration. On my hamburger it was a Cuban and the truth was won from the first bite, a place among my top 10 hamburgers in Veracruz. I invite everyone who lives in the surroundings or who passes through the area to visit it.

I know the place from its beginning, so I had a different perception about the whole place. Yesterday I came back after a good time (Because the last time we waited more than 1 hour for only 2 hamburgers) FACILITIES They definitely grew, although the appearance of the place is reduced. They definitely need a lot of cleaning, black floor joints, greasy lamps, and a lot of dust and grime everywhere. THERE IS NO COVID PROTOCOL nor do they take the temperature AND there is no antibacterial gel. MENU AND PRICES The menu has been expanded, it is broader, there is a canvas inside but it has no prices, I did not see that they had a QR code, they give you a laminated menu. The average of a hamburger is from $80 to $90 pesos but they do not include fries, you have to buy them separately for $35 more. I've been to different places and I honestly considered their prices high compared to location, quality and speed of service. FOOD QUALITY Honestly, like any business at the beginning it was much better than now, I was able to observe that the meat is transported in bags already cooked from another place, something that seemed harmless to me. Notice that the hamburger meat that was on the grill still looked pink as if it were raw and yet they put it in a dish and moved it to another place to continue with the orders. I could say that the portions are relatively good, but when you doubt the origin of the meat, you no longer eat it with confidence... at least in my case, I did not finish even 1/4 of the food. SERVICE They have relatively fast service compared to its beginnings, although the food was better. They attend normal, they do not have customer service protocol. The staff notes a non-innocuous appearance, just by looking at their shoes I could see how clean they should be, they should take great care of that aspect, since it leaves something to be desired when the same staff prepares the food. In short, I would not recommend it. There are definitely better quality and safer options in the area for the same price. disappointed

I love it!! We were pleasantly surprised by the impeccable service (super attentive) and well the food was exquisite, a place where you can go with the family.
