★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, can’t believe that came to visit from San Diego, California and this huge dudes just would not let me in with shorts, I mean bermudas ($90 shorts). So I had to leave, luckily since it is a roof top on a 4 floor building so you can imagine the “roof top” experience it is. A place that doesn’t make accommodations for tourist is a place that tells you for what they truly aim. Can’t believe I have been to the Bellagio en Vegas in shorts and flip flops hanging out. Bravo, for another “fresa” bar in Monterrey with old school “fresa” requirements. Not even an “antro”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bouncers pretended reservation wasn't there, even when our friends inside came out to let us in. Meanwhile he high fives everyone and lets them in. Terrible way to run a place, especially if that's how you treat new customers. I'd recommend any other bar in San Pedro. (Also a fight with a waiter was going on outside because he tried to slip in extra drinks on the tab)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pepper is an overpriced, bougie, "fresa" bar that is only special because it's in San Pedro and appears wealthy. It is also VERY discriminatory and you should avoid giving your business to this establishment. We were celebrating my husbands birthday here and had about 20 friends coming. We had reserved a table, bought bottles, and ended up spending near $1000 USD. Anyone who was thin, white, and under 30 had no problems getting in. Anyone darker, heavier, or over 30 was held at the door and were asked the name the reservation was under (no one else was asked this). When these people gave the name, they were told they couldn't come in and given no reason. Several times, we had to go down and fight the bouncer, who called another guy over to handle it, who was on the walkie talkie with someone else debating letting certain people in. Meanwhile, all the "right" people walked right past with no questions or interrogation. Finally, all of our friends made it in for the night. But it was disgusting and infuriating that our friends who were darker skinned Mexican or bigger than a size 8 were embarrassed and disrespected in such a discriminatory way. I've been here before and have always felt it was overpriced and overrated. But I will not be going back here again. I suggest you spend your money somewhere that will value all of your guests and will actually be reasonably priced. Pepper sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lost out reservation two days in a raw. The 2nd time the bouncer did me a favor to let me in and when my friends arrived he said ask the captain Julian to let them in.
This guy was incredibly argent and actually tried to flirt with the girl I was with. Totally power tripping over being a host in a bar.
The place is nice but the service and the stuff makes you feel unwelcome.
Never coming back there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t even try it unless you have a reservation. They didn’t even give us an option at the door
