Primero me encuentro con la persona que imagino a de ser el supervisor me saluda y pregunta si voy a la inducción; contesto que si y me dice pase ya comensaron. Después otro señor habla con el supervisor y no se que le dice saca una silla, un poco de desinfectante y se van sin explicar mas. Estuve un rato pensando, se fueron a comer, si ya empezaron porque no me dejan ser parte y si no han empezado porque alguien no me esta diciendo cuales son los deberes o explicando lo requisitos básicos del trabajo. En ese momento me di cuenta, la persona que me va entrevistar es ajena al CEDIS y la accion tomada por sus trabajadores era porque estaban en desacuerdo. Entonces decidí irme, una porque no había nadie y otra porque no voy a trabajar en un lugar donde no se comunican con sus empleados adecuadamente e ignoran a las personas. Es una sola opinion. Good day. A few days ago I looked at a publication on FB about forklift wanted and sent my request. They gave me an interview. I go to the place. First I meet the person who I imagine to be the supervisor greets me and asks if I am going to the induction; I answer yes and he tells me, come on, they've already started. Then another man talks to the supervisor and I don't know what he says, take out a chair, a little disinfectant and they leave without explaining more. I was thinking for a while, they went to eat, if they already started because they won't let me be part of it and if they haven't started because someone isn't telling me what the duties are or explaining the basic requirements of the job. At that moment I realized, the person who is going to interview me is outside the CEDIS and the action taken by its workers was because they disagreed. So I decided to leave, one because there was no one and another because I am not going to work in a place where they don't communicate with their employees properly and ignore people. It is a single opinion.
