★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El reclutador sólo se dedica a discriminar a los que vamos a solicitar trabajo, su mentalidad es tan cerrada que no le permite ver calidad de las personas y si tienes más de 30 años te discrimina por edad y no tiene la educación de agradecer el tiempo y el gasto que uno invierte en ir a sus dichosas "entrevistas" que son una burla, mejor que pongan el perfil de las personas que quieren en ese lugar y así no nos hagan perder el tiempo con gente mediocre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CEDIS de cruce de andén GEPP muy mal organizado faltan muchas cosas lo principal es la seguridad no se han recargado los extintores que es lo mínimo que se espera imaginen lo demás en cuanto al sueldo ni es competitivo ni se preocupan por los trabajadores el sindicato es CTM Y no le interesa que el personal trabajador mejore su interés solo es recibir recursos en cuatro meses trabajando ahí no hubo atención de parte de RH para crecimiento lateral menos hacia arriba pues la intención es ganar ganar en una empresa tan competente como GEPP pero aquí aún no tienen la capacidad de adaptación ni la capacidad de reconocer al personal capacitado siendo una pena el que se tenga que ir a buscar algo mejor por eso la alta rotación de personal, al llegar ahí comenté mi interés de permanencia mínimo de quince años pero no garantizan la planta ni bienestar laboral y en este lapso de cuatro meses solo hubo un incremento en descuento por cuota sindical así pues habiendo poco recursos monetario también hay pocos recursos humanos y mucho trabajo en poco tiempo para que la respuesta de los trabajadores sea de calidad deben de tener más gente trabajando y mejor sueldo para que no se tenga que contratar continuamente y consolidar un equipo de trabajo competitivo en mi humilde opinión falta mucho por mejorar.
GEPP platform crossing CEDIS very poorly organized, many things are missing, the main thing is safety, the fire extinguishers have not been recharged, which is the minimum that is expected, imagine the rest in terms of salary, nor is it competitive nor do they care about the workers the union is CTM And they are not interested in the working staff improving their interest, it is only receiving resources in four months working there there was no attention from HR for lateral growth less upwards because the intention is to win win in a company as competent as GEPP but here not yet They have the ability to adapt or the ability to recognize trained personnel, it being a shame that they have to go looking for something better, for that reason the high turnover of personnel, when I got there I commented on my interest in a minimum stay of fifteen years but they do not guarantee the plant or labor welfare and in this period of four months there was only an increase in the discount for union dues, thus having little monetary resources as well there are few human resources and a lot of work in a short time so that the response of the workers is of quality they must have more people working and better salary so that they do not have to continuously hire and consolidate a competitive work team in my humble opinion there is a lot to do to improve.
