About Peregrino Café Bistro
La historia de Peregrino Café Bistro inicia en 2011. Tiene como sede un pequeño local ubicado en López Cotilla 867 de la Colonia Americana, en Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Su propietaria, Diana Castro, quiere recorrer algún día el Camino de Santiago y es, a raíz de este sueño, que se da nombre a este espacio, hecho con mucho esfuerzo y cariño para compartirlo contigo. El propósito es brindarte la mejor atención, en un espacio donde te sientas como en familia para disfrutar de un rico café, un baguette, un postre o la bebida estrella: un cacao mix.
Aquí tienes a disposición dos marcas de café: la primera proviene de las altas montañas de Veracruz, Ixhuatlán del café. Lo producen mujeres campesinas y al consumirlo apoyamos proyectos que visibilizan su labor. La segunda marca es café de tostadores de Jalisco, por lo que beberte una taza promueve la economía local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me llamo la atención lo pequeño del lugar y a primera impresión el lugar es muy acogedor, la musica que usan en el cafe permite la charla con tu compañero si es el caso que vas acompañado, aunque también se resalta que el bullicio de la ciudad nunca se deja de percibir, pero todo lo anterior lo compensan con un muy buen recibimiento y atencion de parte de el personal que es muy agradable. algo en resaltar de este establecimiento es el aspecto de este aunque el local en si no es muy agradable los chicos del café supieron adecuarlo para que este sea muy acogedor desde pinturas libros y el mueble del lugar que es muy agradable, así como también la limpieza del lugar es muy buena.
El menú es muy variado y la presentación de este es de la ideal, en pizarras elaboradas a gis que dan un plus al aspecto del lugar. Desde un simple jugo de naranja hasta un rico frappé el cual tuve el gusto de probar que fue muy agradable para el paladar. Bebidas calientes, frías y baguettes y creppas.
Una muy bonita peculiaridad de el lugar es que tienen una pequeña colección de libros a la cual tienes acceso si es que deseas leer un rato en compañía de un rico café. Así como también el lugar PERMITE EL ACCESO CON MASCOTAS así que puedes venir acompañado de tu mejor amigo y tu mejor amigo humano. Me gusto mucho que si el consumo es en el lugar no te dan desechables y tu café o frappé te lo sirven en frasquitos de esos muy hippsters, como se ve en la foto. Parece ser el lugar perfecto para desconectarse un momento de la ciudad, el trafico, el trabajo, la escuela del mundo entero y disfrutar de la sencillez de un buen café.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This café was incredible. I happened to be walking by and saw a lovely interior decor that invited me in. The ladies working here are extremely kind and welcoming. I read my book there, accompanied by an iced matcha latte and pan de muerto: both were excellent.
This café gave me a wonderful afternoon and a great chance to practice my Spanish with kind people. I would absolutely recommend it!
