Buscare en otra inmobiliaria, donde haya mas interés en rentar o vender sus inmuebles.
 It is not possible that being a real estate agent, they cannot show a property on Saturday or Sunday, besides Ms. that answers, lacks service attitude.
I will look in another real estate, where there is more interest in renting or selling your property.

Terrible, the lady on the phone hung up on me without saying more. Very rude and pushy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención vía telefónica es pésima, te hacen el favor de darte información. Agendas citas para ver los inmuebles, te dejan plantada, llamas y te dicen que “se les olvidó “ pero ni una disculpa, ni nada. Pésima atención.
Telephone support is terrible, they do you the favor of giving you information. You schedule appointments to see the properties, they leave you standing, you call and they tell you that "they forgot" but not an apology, or anything. Terrible attention.
