★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clases variadas (no solo es crossfit) buen ambiente aunque es un poco necesario el preconocimiento de las tecnicas de entrenamiento y ejercicos para no sufrir lesiones, es mejor si estuviste con anterioridad en algun otro gimnasio o actividad deportiva, ahora cuentan ya con area de pesas y aparatos (gym convencional) además de clases de spinning, pool dance y danza aérea (en telas) personal calificado, atento y respetuoso.
Varied classes (not only crossfit) good atmosphere although pre-knowledge of training techniques and exercises is a bit necessary to avoid injuries, it is better if you were previously in some other gym or sports activity, now they already have a weight area and devices (conventional gym) as well as spinning classes, pool dance and aerial dance (in fabrics) qualified, attentive and respectful personnel.

Asistí a presenciar una demostración de poledance con motivo del halloween. Y fui recibido de la peor manera por la persona encargada de recepción, me dirigí amabalemente en todo momento pese a que ella lo hizo todo el tiempo en modo despectivo. No me pidió más información de la que le di porque no estaba interesada en lo que estaba diciendo.
Soy profesor de danza en una reconocida escuela de Orizaba, y doy fe de que en todo momento se le da un buen trato a la gente que llega como invitado o incluso si sólo va a preguntar. Es lamentable la situación de hoy ya que me habían comentado de la forma de atender de esta persona, pero no lo había creído.
Le doy una estrella en Google Maps porque no me permite darle cero.

I am a dance teacher at a well-known school in Orizaba, and I attest that people who arrive as guests or even if they just ask are given good treatment at all times. Today's situation is unfortunate since they had told me how to take care of this person, but I had not believed it.
I give it a star on Google Maps because it does not allow me to give it zero.
