Solo pienso que la dueña supongo que es debería delegar o dar más confianza a su gente, pues ella quería cobrar, dar explicación, contestar los what's y estar atendiendo a otra clienta.

Although I only went for a facial, I fell asleep from how relaxed I was, I loved it.
I just think that the owner, I suppose, should delegate or give more confidence to her people, because she wanted to collect, give an explanation, answer the what's and be serving another client.
