★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su atención al cliente es pésima, en WhatsApp solo te contestan cortante y dos veces han olvidado por completo mis pedidos,"Se les olvida imprimir" o ni siquiera saben de qué pedido les hablas, he ido y ponen mala cara, encima uno pide cosas para ir por ellas te dicen que si, vas y resulta que está cerrado, no sirven ni para decirte "venga a tal hora por qué salimos a comer."
Hay mucho que mejorar de su atención al cliente de verdad.
Their customer service is terrible, on WhatsApp they only answer you curtly and twice they have completely forgotten my orders, "They forget to print" or they don't even know what order you are talking about, I have gone and they pout, on top of that one asks for things to go for them they tell you yes, you go and it turns out that it is closed, they are not even useful to tell you "come at such a time why are we going out to eat."
