Sin embargo, mi experiencia no fue nada grata. La tienda estaba vacía y aún así la chica se tardó en hacerme caso, le hice preguntas sobre un frasco que llevaba y sobre otro que tenían en exhibición, del cual me dijo "ese es para otro tipo de fragancias" le pregunté cuáles y sólo me señaló un estante, en el que ni siquiera alcanzaba a ver el nombre de las fragancias, pues está detrás del mostrador.
Se regresó a su escondite y me dejó ahí sin explicarme nada. Cero en labor de venta y atención al cliente.
Le pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos.

He went back to his hiding place and left me there without explaining anything. Zero in sales and customer service.
