Compramos una sala en diciembre 2019 y a fecha 19 de marzo de 2020 día en que habían quedado de entregar la sala, nadie nos informó de que no se iba a poder realizar la entrega. Nunca fueron capaces de ponerse en contacto para informar que no tenían el producto y mucho menos para indicarnos la fecha de entrega.
Terrible service from both your seller, your customer service and delivery service. We bought a room in December 2019 and on March 19, 2020, the day the room had been delivered, no one informed us that the delivery would not be possible. They were never able to contact us to report that they did not have the product, much less to indicate the delivery date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si compran muebles en esta tienda espero que no tengan tan mala experiencia como la que hemos tenido. Tiene un servicio de postventa pésimo, no te responden si lo necesitas. Subo una captura de pantalla de la respuesta que recibimos para una reparación de uno de los muebles que compramos, tal parece que son intermediarios y dependen de sus proveedores. Tengan cuidado, no van a tener un respaldo de su inversión como todos quisiéramos.
If you buy furniture in this store I hope you do not have as bad an experience as we have had. It has a terrible after-sales service, they don't answer you if you need it. I upload a screenshot of the response we received for a repair of one of the furniture we bought, it seems that they are intermediaries and depend on their suppliers. Be careful, you will not have an endorsement of your investment as we all would like.
