Desde la recepción fueron muy atentos al indicarme a qué piso debía dirigirme, de hecho una de las personas que ahí se encontraba me acompañó hasta el lugar donde estaba el personal encargado de la entrega de los libros, de quien recibí, de igual manera, un trato muy cordial. ☺
I went to pick up a book that I won by answering a question via social networks.
