Decidí traducir los documentos que necesitaba para mi Máster en Europa con ellos a pesar de haber encontrado servicios de traducción más accesibles.
Sin embargo después de haber pagado por los servicios y, después de 4 días de retraso de la fecha acordada de entrega Samuel Benitez simplemente me dijo que no podría hacer el trabajo sin más explicaciones y simplemente ignoró mis llamadas y mensajes por Facebook y WhatsApp (a pesar de estar en línea y ver mis mensajes). Se intentó localizarlo incluso con diferentes celulares.
Al final tuve que pagar el doble de dinero a otro despacho de traducción por sus servicios urgentes y así poder entregar mi documentación antes de la fecha final.
Samuel irónicamente después de horas sin contestarme decide mandarme por WhatsApp las traducciones de mis documentos Sin sello y sin su firma argumentando que "así podría entregarlos" aunque él perfectamente sabía nunca ha sido posible. Sin mencionar que los documentos dejan mucho que desear en su traducción.
Como en cualquier caso en donde el cliente no recibe los servicios acordados, pedí mi dinero de vuelta. Sin sorpresa alguna, mis mensajes han sido ignorados desde entonces.
En fin, si quieres perder tu tiempo y dinero, este es el lugar.
I do not recommend this place for ANYTHING due to its lack of professional ethics.
I decided to translate the documents I needed for my Master in Europe with them despite having found more accessible translation services.
However after having paid for the services and, after 4 days of delay from the agreed delivery date Samuel Benitez simply told me that he could not do the job without further explanation and simply ignored my calls and messages on Facebook and WhatsApp (to despite being online and seeing my messages). An attempt was made to locate it even with different cell phones.
In the end, I had to pay another translation office twice as much for their urgent services so that I could deliver my documentation before the final date.
Samuel ironically, after hours without answering me, decides to send me the translations of my documents by WhatsApp. Without a stamp and without his signature, arguing that "that way he could deliver them" although he perfectly knew it had never been possible. Not to mention, the documents leave a lot to be desired in translation.
As in any case where the client does not receive the agreed services, I asked for my money back. Unsurprisingly, my messages have since been ignored.
Anyway, if you want to waste your time and money, this is the place.
