★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena comida, limpio lugar, sin embargo ofrece servicio a domicilio que NO es bueno, su "sistema" falla y no entregan pedidos aún estando cerca de su ubicación además de que la atención telefónica deja mucho que desear.
Good food, clean place, however it offers home delivery service that is NOT good, its "system" fails and they do not deliver orders even when it is close to your location, in addition to the fact that the telephone service leaves much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El café, los te, y los smoothies son muy ricos, el ambiente agradable... Pero un enorme tache al servicio, pésimo servicio por la persona que dice ser Gerente, nada servicial. No le permitieron comerse una hamburguesa de cajita feliz a mi hijo un niño de 3 años, por su dichosa "NO INTRODUCIR ALIMENTOS", aparte una forma prepotente, y grosera. Cuando somos clientes de cada fin de semana, y el consumo es arriba 500 pesos... ¡OJO CON ESO! Hay que tener un poco más de flexibilidad.
The coffee, the teas, and the smoothies are very tasty, the atmosphere is pleasant... But a huge fault with the service, terrible service by the person who claims to be the Manager, not helpful at all. My son, a 3-year-old boy, was not allowed to eat a happy meal hamburger because of his blissful "NO FOOD INTRODUCTION", aside from an arrogant and rude way. When we are customers every weekend, and consumption is above 500 pesos... BEWARE OF THAT! You have to have a little more flexibility.

En el capuccino, el espumado de la leche es perfecto, realza el dulzor de la leche entera y la textura es brillante. Sin embargo el café está sobre extraído.
La atención es nula, no hay presencia del servicio o atención al cliente. El personal está inmerso otros menesteres.
The desserts taste good, but the portion is not balanced with the price.
In the cappuccino, the foaming of the milk is perfect, it enhances the sweetness of the whole milk and the texture is brilliant. However the coffee is over extracted.
The attention is zero, there is no presence of service or customer service. The staff is immersed in other matters.
