★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience. Went above and beyond to get the ring to me in time for a limited window proposal. One lady went in to the office just to create the PayPal link after-hours so it could be shipped and received in time. The staff were helpful in explaining the process of building the ring, and were patient, allowing me to order then add engraving details later.
The ring itself is stunning. My fiancée is extremely happy with it and everyone compliments her on it
