Dan muy buena atención en el cuidado de tu mascota, siempre atentos y cordiales, conservan muy bien el aspecto de la higiene y la limpieza de sus instalaciones, además de que son sumamente puntuales y comprometidos con los tiempos que te dan para recoger a tu perruno, gran surtido en ropita y accesorios de muy buena calidad y todos los gustos, altamente recomendable.

Muy completa y con muchos productos para mascotas. Les faltaría incluir una zona de postres y amenidades para perritos.

Tienen productos únicos y de muy buena calidad. La atención al detalle es increíble. Los suéteres y muchos de los productos que venden son hechos por ellos y la gran mayoría de las cosas que venden son hechas en México. Tratan muy bien a los perritos cuando entran y ellos son muy felices de visitar este lugar. En verdad, si quieren conseguir productos para perro de buena calidad y hechas en México, esta es la opción, lo recomiendo mucho.

I took my dog to a bath and in the grooming they hurt his ear :(

A very cute store with local hand made and upcycled products. We found a great bed for our labrador there and I am sure we will be back for whatever else he needs. The owner of the store is a very sweet lady who made sure I got exactly what I wanted.

Either they don't like to work or they don't like new clients in the neighborhood bringing new businesses. I went in today to ask if they had time to wash my two pups. They said that because of the water limitations in the city they weren't able to take them. I understood so just asked when they thought I could bring them in. They said that maybe on Thursday when the water in the city was back. I thought it was understable because of the water situation. However, I found it weird that they didn't follow up by providing me with a telephone number so I could call them back later or by asking for my cell number so they would call me back when their service was back and we could arrange an appointment. Anyhow, I stayed in the shop for a little bit having a look at their products as I needed a pro biotic. At that moment someone else came in and they took their dog for a wash right in front of me!!! They didn't even bother to explain me why they could take other dogs but not mine. Maybe there was a reason but their complete lack of customer service skills appeared as a total lack of apprecciation to me. Now, because I felt it was rude to demand reasons in front of the other customer, I immediately left the shop of course without buying the probiotics. If they don't want my dogs, they don't want my money either. Once the other customer left, I went back and asked what happened and why my dogs are not welcome when they did absolutely nothing. They told me that because of the water they can only take two to three dogs a day as per owner's orders. I insisted that I understood the situation but then, why didn't they tell me the complete story and offered me an appointment for the next day or the following? Why when I asked, they just said no? Why I had to insist when? Why they said maybe on Thursday and didn't offer me an appointment when clearly they do? I felt discriminated in this place and I will not come back again for a dog wash nor buying any other product.

We didn't use the groomer but we did find a nice selection of dog accessories including for large dogs (which I have). Good prices and selection!
