★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rescatamos a Satoru desde hace un mes y medio y no habíamos podido bañarlo a causa de diversas heridas, no sabíamos cómo reaccionaría, incluso si se dejaría bañar o no, pero desde el inicio Griselda nos dio mucha confianza y claridad sobre sus servicios.
Satoru salió muy guapo! Descubrimos su hermoso color dorado, su pelaje se siente ahora suavecito y seguro él está mucho más cómodo ahora que está bien limpio y libre de un montón de pelo muerto :D
We rescued Satoru a month and a half ago and we had not been able to bathe him due to various injuries, we did not know how he would react, even if he would allow himself to be bathed or not, but from the beginning Griselda gave us a lot of confidence and clarity about her services.
Satoru turned out very handsome! We discovered his beautiful golden color, his fur now feels soft and I am sure he is much more comfortable now that it is well cleaned and free of a lot of dead hair :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my puppy here for her first haircut after I noticed her fur was tangled. They took her in and told me to come back, and when I arrived to pick her up it looked like a different dog. She is beautiful and soft and tangle free and they did a great job! Not sure how they did it, because Luna hates being brushed but it seems they really know what they are doing
