No me facturaron en fecha, tuvimos que reponer el gasto de las persianas. Solo chequen esos detalles. Las persianas quedaron muy lindas la verdad. ☺️♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No son formales, quedan de pasar a reparar el mal trabajo que hicieron y no llegan y dejan a la gente esperando porque ni siquiera avisan, para vender muy lindos, pero pésimo servicio.
Cero estrellas. Y la encargada es una Raquel, queda formalmente de mandar el servicio y no vienen y ni siquiera tienen la atención de llamar. Pésimo servicio, jamás recomendaría ese lugar.
They are not formal, they are left to go to repair the bad work they did and they do not arrive and they leave people waiting because they do not even notify, to sell very nice, but terrible service.
Zero stars. And the manager is a Raquel, she is formally to send the service and they do not come and they do not even have the attention to call. Terrible service, I would never recommend that place.

Comenzaron por despostillar mi piso al caer su taladro el día de la instalación, a lo cual nadie se hizo responsable, después se daño la función de la persiana enrollable que me habían instalado y al poco tiempo se cayó, cuando ni siquiera se le daba mucho uso y Mayra la persona que dice ser "la encargada" ni te ofrece soluciones y evita a toda costa que uno se comunique con la dueña del negocio que seguramente no sabe los malos manejos ni mal servicio al cliente que esta persona les está dando a los clientes.
