★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. No los recomiendo. Si les es posible comparen con otros proveedores. Les comparto porqué sólo les daré una estrella: el precio es caro, no entregan completo y no respetan la cotización.
Contraté y pague 4 diferentes tipos de persianas, me mandaron la cotización y se dió el adelanto del 50%. Resultó que cuando llegó el momento de la instalación sólo me instalaron 3 y me dijeron que solo eso cubría el pago. La persona que me había realizado la cotización ya no trabajaba aquí y quién me atendió prácticamente me dijo que lo tenía que ir a buscar a él. Cuando yo no contraté con esa persona, yo contraté con la empresa y es quien se debe hacer cargo. Pésimo y al día de hoy siguen sin instalarme la persiana que me falta y me comentaron que ni siquiera la mandaron a hacer. ******Respuesta a su comentario ya que no puedo responder sobre su respuesta. Es importante mencionar que la disponibilidad que comentan fue durante la pandemia, después de eso les comenté el día en que podría recibirlos y sobre el cual no recibí respuesta de su parte, hasta que insistí y 1 mes después me respondieron. Está reseña la escribí después de compartir todas las evidencias de pago y cotizaciones con ustedes y que su respuesta final fuera que la última persiana no la habían mandado a hacer y que el pago no la cubría a pesar de que así me cotizaron ustedes. Con gusto puedo dialogar nuevamente con ustedes. Les comparto mi número de teléfono por messenger.

I hired and paid for 4 different types of blinds, they sent me the quote and the 50% advance was given. I wrote this review after sharing all the evidence of payment and quotes with you and your final answer was that the last blind had not been made and that the payment did not cover it despite the fact that you quoted me that way.
