Ya cuento con mis persianas pero se han despegado las secciones que van fijas he hablado para hacer válida la garantía de reparación y me contestan amables pero no me resuelven la problemática. Desde mi compra son así y probablemente tengan complicaciones personales que no les permiten ofrecer un servicio en tiempo y forma pero uno como cliente no tiene por qué pagar esas consecuencias, quiero decir que pensé mucho en dejar esta opinión con una estrella porque sí afecta a la reputación de los negocios pero espero que esta experiencia sirva para respetar el tiempo y el dinero de los clientes que ya se atrevieron a confiar en una empresa.
They are not very constant and you have to be behind them. I already have my blinds but the sections that are fixed have come off. I have spoken to make the repair guarantee valid and they answer me kindly but they do not solve the problem. Since my purchase they are like this and they probably have personal complications that do not allow them to offer a service in a timely manner but one as a customer does not have to pay those consequences, I want to say that I thought a lot about leaving this opinion with a star because it does affect the business reputation but I hope that this experience will serve to respect the time and money of customers who have already dared to trust a company.
