P	Paola Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado No hay devoluciones, y piden liquidar antes de instalar, sin dar muestras de como va a quedar ni garantizar la satisfacción Me hicieron 1 cotización para lo que solicité, pusieron algo distinto y la única solución era cotizarme nuevamente lo que desde el principio pedí pero con un precio que jamás hubiera aceptado, (8,000 mxn mas) Ni si quiera me comentaron que habia cambiado nada en absoluto, cómo alguien se va a imaginar que cambiará el diseño si te dicen que solo van a tomar las medidas? ? de verdad que la deshonestidad al tope, se aprovechan de que la persona en casa estaba trabajando y no sabia que estaba decidiendo nada! hablé con el dueño y me dijo "no pues que así se quede y cada quien salga con su golpecito" Nada de golpecito, el cobró todo como quizo, y no le importó la situación del mal entendido y yo no tengo lo que había pedido que esta por escrito. Yo solo pedí una devolución o que me cotizaran algo dentro de mi presupuesto y simplemente me pidieron dejar de molestar, fueron muy prepotentes y me trataron de pobre por no querer pagar mas dinero! Jamás me habia tratado tan mal ningún gerente ni representante de una empresa, y teniendo por escrito todo dejando en claro que hubo un malentendido! en fin personas que juegan muy sucio y trabajan de forma muy ventajosa para no perder, pero para ayudar nada! Gastamos 13,000 pesos por algo que no nos sirve de absolutamente nada. I only asked for a refund or that they quote me something within my budget and they simply asked me to stop bothering them, they were very arrogant and treated me poorly for not wanting to pay more money! I had never been treated so badly by any manager or representative of a company, and having everything in writing, making it clear that there was a misunderstanding! in short, people who play very dirty and work in a very advantageous way so as not to lose, but to help nothing!
