★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su instalación de piso laminado es incomprensible: bordes mordidos y sin ancla, piezas despegadas, molduras de escalón volando, toman cableado sin preguntar y lo colocan mal detrás del zoclo, etc etc.
El personal de instalación sólo respondió "pos así queda", y los dueños no mostraron interés en acudir a verificar el mal trabajo.
Al final recurrí a otra empresa quienes -boquiabiertos de la pésima instalación de Zuldek- arreglaron el desastre lo mejor posible.
Its laminate floor installation is incomprehensible: bitten and anchorless edges, peeled off pieces, flying step moldings, they take wiring without asking and put it wrong behind the baseboard, etc. etc.
The installation staff only responded "well, it is," and the owners showed no interest in going to verify the bad work.
In the end, I turned to another company, who - amazed at the lousy Zuldek facility - fixed the disaster to the best of my ability.
